Steak 'n Shake

When I walked in I could tell the place had been busy. This is the only reason I scored them 4 stars. There were only a couple tables open that were clean. Most of the tables were dirty. Almost all tables were empty. I ordered a 4 for 4. I was never given flatware or even a napkin. The waitress never checked on me. She brought me the bill before I even got my cookie.

I had a wonderful experience at this Steak 'n Shake. The reason for my visit today was due to an order mix-up earlier in the week. Not only was the staff friendly and courteous, but the manager Marcus went out of his way to get my new order correct and even gave me a small shake that I offered to pay for. It's not often you leave a restaurant smiling as I am. I would recommend anyone visiting this location.

Great place to grab some fast food. Employees are always nice and pleasant. The restaurant needs more cleaning but I think is because they are always under staff, the server does everything. Clean, picks up, and cash you out. As far as managers I NEVER seen one. It almost seems as theirs no one in charge just an overworked employees getting paid less than $5 and working super hard for their tips. The food is not the big deal but I did say, fast food.
