(February 26, 2019, 2:22 am)Bought an 8 piece meal yesterday and when I got to to work I noticed that the girl forgot the fries and biscuits. I called in and talked to the supervisor who wrote my name and missing order and told me to stop by when I was in the area to pick up the missing items. Stopped by the next day and was given the missing items on top of that a banana dessert free of charge. Excellent customer service which keeps me coming in for more. Keep it up :-)

You can always request fresh chicken for a wait but evenings are the busiest times and the chicken will be fresh, hot and will have that perfectly crisp crunchy skin they are known so well for! The $10 deal they have going on is the best they have had in all the years I have been going. Also, they have never messed up my order unlike other places. 5 stars for Bolingbrook Popeyes!
