    True Chicago pizza! Always delicious. Don't forget the salad, you won't regret it.

    Lou Malnatis is quickly becoming one of my favorite pizza places. They are one of the few resturants that still use a sausage patty instead of the crumble. The pizza sauce is thick and sweet, and not watery. The Lous salad is also amazing. They are a little more expensive and the wait times are longer. This is definitely a case where you get what you pay for.
    A word to the wise, not all Lou Malnatis are created equally. I would definitely stick with a downtown location. I tried a few in the suburbs and just not as good.

    I really like Lou's but it always seems like if the carryout locations (this one included) seem to be missing something in the ingredients vs getting the pizza in the restaurants. I really like their garlic bread and house salad. A little pricey.

    Lou Malnati's is another great Chicago pizza staple. I prefer the crispy crust to the crust of other pizza in the area. This is only a pick up restaurant, no space to dine in. That's really my only complaint.
