Ordered a Springfree Trampoline. Very knowledgeable staff. I paid the extra fee for the installation after reading horror stories on trying to set up the trampoline on your own. The install team was great. Arrived promptly, completed the work quickly, and answered all my questions.

I bought a Christmas tree a couple of weeks before Christmas. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Colton was extremely helpful for me when it came to selecting the right tree for my needs. He explained all the differences in the trees and gave me all the right info to determine the best tree for me. I highly recommend asking for Colton on your next visit.

When I had trouble with the auger on my Traeger grill, Chris the manager sent a guy out to fix it. When that did not work, he got me a new grill from the manufacturer!!! How do you do better than that? Customer Service at its best!! Customer for life.

We purchased our pool at the Naperville location. Shane our sales person was very thoughtful and helpful, meeting our swimming pool and hot tub needs.
