    This is honestly the best German food I have ever eaten! The decor is outstanding to look at. The wait staff very courteous I think they enjoy working there. Highly recommend this restaurant!

    The best kept secret in the world! Food is absolutely amazing the bartenders and staff extremely friendly. Very welcoming, family-friendly environment! Peter Hoffman is in charge of entertainment and will blow you away with his lively personality and amazing talents and abilities. Lots of old world charm! A++++++++

    This was incredible. Filled with war, German beer steins, various animal heads, stuffed foxes and that is not even close to all. Family friendly.
    Food was excellent. Went on a Wednesday night. Was pretty busy. As I understood it the weekends are busy, busy, busy. They have special menu additions on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. There was live music. And service was great.

    Great atmosphere and good food. Large selection of food and lots of variety. I had the sausage platter. Red cabbage and sauerkraut tasty. German potatoes crispy. Just the way I like them. Prices for entrees start at $21, but you get a lot of food. Bread basket with many different finger foods to snack on. Soup or salad included. For this part of Chicago area, prices almost a bargain. Go and check it out. Place is well done and not commercialized. Sehr gut.
    Only reason I didn't give 5 stars, my sausages were cold in the center. A trip to the kitchen took care of it. It was a Monday! ????
