Food is excellent, freshly made. Taste great. Service on point. Local and quaint. If you visit once you’ll definitely come back.
Really great food, really great atmosphere, and I love that they have so many wonderful gluten free options that taste delicious. My negatives though would be that it is very pricey. Our two children got kids meals, and we got sandwiches for lunch, and it costed us $54!!! That is like a nice dinner out for all of us. The lady said we had a choice between fries and chips, but then never said they would charge $1.50 extra for fries. They have gluten free options, but then you are charged extra for gluten free bread...i understand it costs more, but the sandwich isnt cheap to begin with..i also hate how you have to ask for a key anytime you have to go to the bathroom. Inconvenient with little ones. Id also say that the workers are rarely friendly or appreciative of business. I dont think the one guy ever smiles, and hes annoyed if you ask questions.
First off, the food is excellent. They make some of the best, most delicious omelettes I've ever tasted. The menu is diverse, you'll find something you like and everything that I and those dining with me have ordered has been truly excellent.
Two downsides, one minor, one major:
The minor problem: the restaurant is very often cramped. They get more customers than their space can reasonably handle. If you're at all claustrophobic, it's probably best to avoid eating here, especially during peak hours. If this doesn't bother you, ignore it.
The major problem: while most of the staff is great, the man who usually takes orders (he's been behind the register during all of my visits) is grumpy and unattentive. My first time there, I took my time in deciding (note: there was no line behind me) and he gave me a dirty look. He never seems happy to be working and during the majority of my visits he's made an error in taking my order.
As much as I love the food, I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon.
Hands down one of my favorite restaurants ever. The staff is friendly and the food is amazing. The eggs benedict they serve on the weekends is the best I've ever had. Oh and the cream of chicken soup..."It's the best Jerry. The best!"
