Palermo's of 63rd Frankfort Pizza and Restaurant

The pizza was delicious and just like I remember from 63rd Street. I will say though, I've had issues with Palermo's in general with their customer service (or lack thereof more specifically). It was my first time there at Frankfort location and since I'm sensitive to previous visits to the "other" locations I noticed that neither the owner or the young lady who rang up my order (in unison) looked at me, said thank you, nothing. I gave my name and he stated the price and that was the last words to me, no eye contact, nothing. I'll go back for the pizza but I think they can work on the attitude toward customers.

Just moved in the area and received a coupon for a free small pizza. Wow! Thumbs up on speed of service and friendly staff. Pizza was hot, cheesy, and tasty. Sausage is well seasoned. Will be a repeat customer. Thank you.

This is my favorite pizza! The 63th st. Restaurant is the original and the restaurant on 95 st . Does not have the same taste and the 3rd location is to far for me to try but it sounds like they are the same as the 63rd st . they have a sweet sauce and great sausage and this is one of the few pizzas that is great when first delivered or even cold or reheated in microwave or the oven and from the 63rd st. Restaurant .I live on the far boundary of delivery and my pizza is sometimes delivered last and only warm and I still enjoy this pizza. And I know that this is the situation when I order and I don't care about that problem because the pizza is so delicious and some nights that they are busy it can take 1and a half hours for delivery. But I have waited longer for a delivery from a place much closer. And they have been in business for over 30 plus years to the best of my memory and possibly longer I'm 57 and have been eating there what seems like my whole life. And if you like sweet sauce you will not find a better pizza. Enjoy
