J's Philly's

Was pleasantly surprised by this strip mall, Philly restaurant. We ordered sour cream, tater tot’s, and original Philly cheesesteak and fried Twinkies. Met the owner who was an absolute doll & very kind.
The tater tot’s are not some thing I would normally order, but I am absolutely so glad I did. The cheese steak was delicious and I ordered it with toasted garlic sub instead of the plain bread. The Twinkies… Oh, my God, the Twinkies were amazing! I would recommend stopping in here for lunch. Just make sure you are hungry!

J's Phillys was awesome! The food was incredible. J, herself, spoke with us and let us know her proceedures for making good food healthier. It made me feel good to feed my family her food. She was super nice and made and brought us the food herself. She was a 1 woman show that day and the service was excellent! You have GOT to try the garlic cheese curds... o.m.g. so so so delicious! I had the buffalo chicken wrap, my husband had the chipotle philly and my daughter had the hot dog and fries. The fries were extra crispy just how we like them! I can't recommend J's more! Everyone needs to make their way there!

Just tried their Chicken Sandwich and it was HUGE!! So good tho! You could taste how fresh the chicken was! My absolute favorite part was the cheese fries. The cheese sauce is seasoned but not spicy! I don’t do spicy foods and so I’m normally stuck with just bland cheese sauce but this was the exception to that!

Was told about J’s Philly’s from a co worker. He said it just opened up in Mokena and he came here with his family, he said everything from the burgers to gyros to the Philly steaks were amazing.
I stopped for lunch to try it out and I am so glad he told me about it.
Best Philly steak I have had in years and years!!
Great food, great staff and the owner J came over herself to make sure I was happy with my meal.
