Customer service was much better years back. Still love the food and the way the interact with kids and people at the table while preparing food in front of you. Food is great at least that has not changed but really needs to improve customer service...friendliness

Really good food cooked hibachi style right in front of you. You get a lot of food for the money. On average its about $35 per person not including alcoholic beverages or drinks. I personally love the noodles that come with the meal and always order extra. Attention: If you are going to order extra noodles or chicken fried rice or any other entrees, you should do so when you first order because your food is cooked in a certain order and once the chef has prepared all of the food you will not be able to ask for extras

Im not a fan of Asian cuisine. I just went because it was my son's birthday and his grandma paid for all of it. I starved the whole time. But the presentation was great! They prepare all the food in front of you, while performing tricks with their spatula and fire grill. It was very entertaining!

Hamada of Japan was wonderful as usual. Atmosphere and food both on point! They only take two reservations per hour slot, so if you don't score a spot just get there early to land a table. Cnat wait to be back for some more great food. Prepare to leave full and with a container full of food for leftovers!

Hamada of Japan is a nice cozy place with family friendly seating. They have a vast selection to try and the food is always fresh and hot. Our chef entertained us with a few tricks that made my niece giggle with delight. All the children were intrigued by the fish swimming in the indoor pond. Great place fora family outing or for going to on date night.
