(December 19, 2018, 3:49 am)PELICAN HARRY Bar & Grill's atmosphere appealed to me as an eclectic mix of "cafeteria" meets "soho" on a "double date to nowhere" in a good way. It's a slick mix of jute to Kansas...a good stop for a drink to your next... I do recommend as a filler.
