Panera Bread

I have been at this Panera few times already and I really enjoy the atmosphere and friendly stuff. My last visit the cashier accidentally charged me more for my order and when I bought it up to her after reviewing my receipt, she apologized got the manager involved and refunded for the overcharged item 100%. In addition to that my child could not believe how delicious his chocolate chip cookie was, "best one I had" he kept telling me. I am so happy that Lockport finally has his own Panera Bread and it's doing well.

Typically enjoy going to most Panera locations, but ever since opening I’ve had very few visits here where everything went right. I actually avoid eating inside now because every time I’ve wanted to, most of the open tables are noticeably dirty. Sure I could just brush off a table or maybe they just left, but this shouldn’t happen every single time. On top of this, I’ve had my order messed up so many times in the drive through that I just go in & order to-go if I can spare a few minutes. Never had a wrong order while ordering in thankfully.

Great customer service! Great place to do homework. Delicious food. Will be coming back.
