Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

My visit was good. Ordered a 3pc box. I like the fact I didn't have to wait long at the drive up. As of Lately at a couple of other Popeyes you have to wait longer than usual.

I love the customer service at this place. They aren't super talkative but if I have a problem with an order they are happy to to make it right! They need extra staff to keep the dining tables clean.

I agree with others that this is the best Popeyes around for miles. That is the reason for the 5 stars. But only if the right crew is here are they decent and not rude! How could this be fixed? (1) Oh, yeah - how about management does s better job at TRAINING THEIR CREWS? Oh, that could help, don’t you think? (2) why do you advertise that you’re open until 10 pm but I get here at 8 pm and the doors are locked??? I’m sitting here in the parking lot wondering why I’ve got to wait in line to order and get my food - a process that will no doubt take 15 to 20 minutes at BEST?!?! And after I finally get my dinner, I’ll be dining in my car and not the Popeyes dining room - what is with this? One day I’m here at 9 pm and the doors are open and I can eat inside. The following week? Doors are locked?!?! Crazy!

This location wouldn't honor the promotion that was on the app. I can understand if that particular location wasn't participating in this promotion but that wasn't the case. I even showed the cashier the promotion on my phone. I believe that it was a personal decision by management. Other than that the chicken tasted great and was fresh.
