Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Freddy's steakburgers are amazing! The California Double is my go-to, though the jalapeno & pepperjack is also a good choice. I love their shoestring fries but the dusting of seasoning is too inconsistent (sometimes the fries have none). The fry sauce is BOMB, make sure you ask for extra! Cheese curds are delicious and the frozen custard is great. A few times I've had issues redeeming things using the Freddy's app and the staff weren't sure what to do. Otherwise this place is just fine.

Food is pretty decent. Didn't know what to expect since it looked like a Steak N Shake knock off bit it's not. Pretzel burger is the bomb!

Overall not a terrible experience but there are some highlights and some opportunities. The food is good, cannot complain. Typical of a Freddy’s and consistent with the expectations.

The place is highly understaffed, management needs to really get some extra people in there, it’s jam packed and poor kids are overwhelmed.

Dirty: this may be due to the lack of staffing. But customers were cleaning their own tables when the rags and spray was left out for the customer to handle. Bathrooms were just disgusting, might as well walk into a portable John. I have a small little girl and it’s a shame that she would need to use that bathroom. Again I think that falls with lack of staffing.

Good burger. We got the jalapeño pepper jack hamburger and the spicy chicken sandwich. Location here is decent. Place was pretty clean. Wait was about 5-10 minutes inside.
