The restaurant is very clean and the employees were friendly and responsive in preparing my sandwich. Also should be noted is that this Subway charges about $2 less per sandwich than the Subway store in New Lenox. Keep up the good work!

You would think standing face to face with a customer, telling you exactly what they want on their sandwich would be easy but apparently it's not. I wanted two different sandwiches and it threw the girl working there off really bad. So bad that a sandwich had to be started over from scratch and the manager needed to take over. But because the store computer was on the fritz he gave me both sandwiches for free. I'm thankful for that because I ended up staying there longer than I wanted to since I was on my way to work. I just feel like everything in there could be ran smoother and more efficiently. I mean, 3 sandwiches were given away from my visit alone
