Subway Restaurants

Sandwiches are always good but one complaint. It seems recently that at the lunch and dinner times when I stop in there is only one person working. This is a bad thing from a safety perspective but from a service perspective as well. This is not a comment on the employee working alone during the lunch rush but on the incompetent scheduling job done by the manager. You should have on the clock 2 people at all business hours and a third capable of covering a shift for any reason.

I like build your own sandwiches. Bread and flatbreads could be a bit more hearty

Only one employee working during lunch time. Watched one customer walk out, and I almost did seeing as I was on my way to work and only had a few minutes to spare. Over ten minutes before I placed my order fifteen before I left, and almost didn't make it to work. There can't only be one person working. The girl had to leave the front for cheese and veggies twice while I was there.

Had a salad service was good friendly. Not much more to say. The employee even smiled & washed her hands befor taking my order. ☺
