Baby Back Blues BBQ

You can start enjoying this place as you walk in from the smells of the smoker at work. The meals are always worth the stop for dining in or take out. I have also had their catering which people at parties loved. Generous servings with delicious sides to go with.

I got the two meat platter. Chicken and pulled pork. Chicken was very good. Pulled pork was average. Both were not very warm. Mashed potatoes seems very flavorless. Gravy seems bland. The mild and hot sauces are still the best around. Just seems like the qualities been going down the past couple years. It used to be amazing.

Tender melt in your mouth smoked brisket and ribs. Great links and pulled pork. Nice atmosphere (recently updated) but still has a small joint feel. Their mild BBQ sauce is perfect and the hot BBQ is just the right amount of spicy. The sides are simple but a nice addition to any meal. Their cucumber salad pairs great with everything. Whether you decide to eat in or carry out you won't be disappointed.

Very good pork! Can totally tell their meats are smoked in house fresh daily! Pork so very tender. Have been here a few times over the decade and am pleased to report this place has not changed a bit since my last visit years ago. I was even more elated and relieved that 20-30 minutes before close, food was still fresh! Bonus for those that may be picky about sauce or no sauce; pork comes with no sauce, but they do give you a choice of mild or spicy BBQ on the side so you can regulate as desired. This is key in knowing that most award winning BBQ restaurants serve it this way; plain. Mild sauce has an awesome smoke flavor to it. Keep it up! I plan on coming here more often.

A TRUE gem! Food is great! And they've got TONS of options available. Things add up pretty quickly, but it is worth the monies. The original house barbecue sauce is sweet and savory and goes well with everything on the menu.
