Nice big store and new good restaurant good customer service

Really nice set up and comfortable seating inside and out.

The ladies working behind the counter are still friendly and courteous. The employees who staff the iron skillet and the sandwich shop are greatly lacking in customer service. The iron skillet employee, whom I tried to place a to-go order with, had a very bored sounding tone of voice while she was speaking with me and then to top it off, she couldn't answer a simple question about the steaks. No real big deal about that except for the fact that she then turned around and apparently asked another woman working there and that woman did not know either. I sat on the phone for several minutes while they talked waiting for her to come back on the phone, but she decided to place me on hold without telling me. I sat on hold for several minutes before I said screw it and hung up. I walked inside to try the sandwich shop instead. 4 people working behind the counter, one person in line in front of me. I stood there for 6 minutes and even after they got done with the one person in front of me, the other three were standing around mind you, no one acknowledged that I was standing there. It was like I didn't even exist. I didn't think it was possible to have it happen twice in a row. I was wrong. I ended up walking away from them and got a nasty deli sandwich with some potato salad and walked back up front to the register and dealt with the really friendly gals working behind the counter.
