    Friendly service! The ice cream was delicious! But, the ketchup and mustard bottles on the tables needed to be cleaned badly.

    Husband works in Herrin so couldn't waste time. We ordered and watched 2 couples that were behind us get their meals, so he went up to check on it. They got right on it and even refunded our money. Now that's customer appreciation! Yes, we will go back!

    Great place for breakfast. Biscuits and gravy, the works. Only complaint is not having plain OJ only have had o.j. with mango the last several times we have been there. Other than that all the food is great.

    This is the best Dairy Queen I've eaten ate. My ex introduced me to this place a long time ago, first DQ I ever tried. The Char Grill taste can not be duplicated. Can't wait to return.
