The Vault Cafe on the Square

Very cool little diner! Staff was very nice. It was refreshing to see management out and helping and visiting patrons as well. Customer service is NOT dead here! Food was fast and delicious!

The host was friendly and provided excellent service. the waitress was friendly, helpful, and professional. The restaurant was clean and pleasant. The overall mood was amazing and the food tasted phenomenal!
I made a point to tell the host that we were there fiance's birthday and he made a point to wish her a happy day.

First time here for breakfast. Everything, and I mean everything, was a pleasure and delight. From the personal service and excellent food it can’t be topped for a place if you are hungry. It is locally owned, a home town business which deserves our support. The picture is of the “Good as Gold” breakfast sandwich. It even comes with warm syrup to dunk it in. Everything about it was perfect, the eggs, bacon, and cheese on a sweet French bread is a joy to eat.

We were fortunate to sit in the actual bank vault where the restaurant gets it name. It was a wonderful experience sitting next to bars that kept you and the money separate.
You can’t help but to think of the history contained in this building that helped build Marion to what it is today.

Run, don’t walk, and grab yourself some of the best food Marion has to offer.

Tried The Vault Cafe for the first time. We were immediately seated upon entering. Waitress was friendly and helped with menu suggestions. My wife tried the suggested Good as Gold breakfast and absolutely loved it. I tried the French Dip which was delicious. Prices were right on. The old bank setting was a nice change of scenery from the usual local restaurants. May have to try the table in the vault some time. Will definitely return to try more menu items.

My wife and I tried this for the first time this morning and we LOVED it.

Prompt, polite service accompanied with hot, savory food.

We’ll definitely be back.
