Burger King

It's good but the hash brown is very salty ....can u minimize the salt?

We came to this one thinking it had a play place for while my older kids were at a birthday party. It does NOT! We then tried to get ice cream but the machine went down and was not working. The staff however was amazing. They refunded our money gave us free chocolate pies and sodas. Plus once the machine was up and going gave my sad munchkin a free Sunday as well. Turned what could have been a crazy disaster into a great experience.

We had to take back our spicy nuggets cuz of them being old but when I walked the manager Carolyn made everything right for us. She was very pleasant and understanding and had a great customer service response. My husband and I will return due to the manager Carolyn thank you very much for making the experience great ????

Me and my boyfriend eat Burger King quiet often. We live right by the one off long wood and east state, so we tend to go to that one a lot. It is by far the worst and dirtiest establishment I have ever seen. This location on the other hand we went to today and just wow. Such friendly staff, fresh salted fries, fresh nuggets, etc. Asked for ranch and extra napkins and actually got them!!! Without having to pull back around because they forgot. Manger and assistant manger were super friendly. Most importantly the place looked clean!! So if you want fast food and smiles this location is the place to go. If you want frowns, cold food and at least a 15min or more wait, long wood and E. State would be the place to go.
