    My husband and I tried out Mi Placita this evening for the first time , and it was the best Mexican meal we have had in Rockford. The staff was very attentive, and in addition to the meals being amazing, the prices were very reasonable. This is our new favorite Mexican Restaurant in the Rockford and surrounding area. Highly recommend this place.

    This place makes excellent Mexican food! There is a large menu to choose from and all of the portion sizes are large. I really enjoyed the hot sauce- it was actually spicy! I would recommend this place for good food.

    Service was great, food was so good the Margarita was even better. Everyone welcomed me with a smile. I’ll definitely be returning, the food is truly authentic and delicious❤️
