    They were really busy on Friday around 5:45. My pizzas were a few minutes late, but it was worth the wait. They were excellent.

    I can't wait for the newness of this location to wear off and business to get down to some semblance of normalcy. Love me some Lou's and am loving the new improved rewards system. It is well worth the time and handful of emails to gain free pizza or the alike. Best Chicago style by far.

    Best pizza ever. We did carry out though, and maybe it's the best way to experience the quality of their food. The pizza was hot and had a very good flavor. Do expect to pay a little more than the chain pizza restaurants though, but it's worth it.
