McDonald's

This surprises me about McDonalds; for a big company that has succeeded around the world, they are not consistent. Yesterday I went through this drive-through and asked for hot tea with honey and lemon, and when I got to the window I asked "Is this hot tea with honey and lemon?" and the lady said "I forgot the lemon." so it took her a few seconds and I had a slice of lemon. OK.
This morning, I went through the same drive-through and asked for hot tea with lemon and honey. I got to the window and said "Is this hot tea with honey and lemon?" and a different lady said "Wait.. . OK, I just put some honey in the bag" When I got to my office I took everything out of the bag and there is no tea; just hot water with lemon, and honey in the bag.
Yesterday there was a spoon for the oat meal and one for the tea. Today there is only one spoon. I'm not complaining; it's just that it has often surprised me that McDonalds is so inconsistent.

It's fast food, you know what to expect. Check your order thoroughly before leaving

It's has okay service for its location, they are either extremely busy or slow. The staff can be rude or disrespectful at times especially if that staff member is having a bad day. I especially like the big mac but only because it's the only burger with lettuce on it that I have ordered in the past.
