Machine Shed Restaurant Rockford

I thought I had already reviewed this place, but am always happy to recommend it. Great food and service with the added fun of a little shop with a variety of cute fame themed items. Think something similar to a local Cracker Barrel with even better food, huge portions, nice pricing and excellent service.

I visited this restaurant a couple of times and the food and service is always great. Their skillets are fantastic, and the pancakes are pretty good too. I love the decor and the farm theme of the restaurant, and the store inside the restaurant has tons of cute merchandise! We will definitely pop in again for breakfast next time we are in the Rockford area.

Mother's Day made it a bit busier than previous times we've been here. The food was still top notch as always. Lots of people were doing the same thing we were; Celebrating the Mom's in our family with a home style meal that is way better tasting than the typical prepared restaurant food. I have never had a bad tasting meal from the Rockford Machine Shed. Waitress did an awesome job for how busy they were at the supper time that we were there! We will be back

Was very impressed. Great food, great selection, good service. I was happy with almost everything here, which rarely happens at a restaurant. The only "con," if it could be called that, was I felt that it was a little too expensive. $7 for a drink is a lot, the appetizers are delicious but also spendy. Worth it for a special occasion though!
