Great customer service! A1+ after a busy rush period some cookies I wanted was out. They went out of the way to bake the cookies I wanted fresh. They were some of the best gourmet cookies I’ve ever had. The Apple pie cookie I will be going back for more and because of the great customer service from the gentleman that helped me, sorry I can’t remember his name. Rockford IL location.

If I could I would give +10/10 stars!! I ordered the chocolate chip cookies for my daughter's Graduation party. I can not say enough about not only the delicious cookies but the customer service is absolutely out of this world. On top of taking many calls from me and changing our order numerous times the owners were patient and so helpful. Upon pick up not not only did we recieve beautifully packaged cookies that went far above our expectations but also there was a Graduation card for my daughter with the sweetest note written. I can 100% recommend for any occasion or just for a treat at home! I know we can not wait to try more of the many flavors they offer! My only regret is that I didn't get a photo before they were all gone! 🥰🍪

I love the rotating menu each week! There was not one cookie I didn’t like. I also like that you can reheat them days later and they still taste fresh. The wait is a little long but that’s okay.

I had crumbl cookies for the first time last month and they were ok not worth the hype. Went to flow today with my kids and seen the cookies and had to try! LITERALLY WORTH EVERY DOLLAR. I will be ordering here again. They’re sweet & tell you all about reheating instructions and don’t fold under super busy times. Thank you girls at flow at five pm on Sunday March 3rd!!

These cookies are so good it’s worth the money my family usually gets the dozen and eats them over the course of the week. however when we do come there usually is about a 5 minutes wait since it’s inside a trampoline park, the trampoline park also makes it seems a little less like a permanent bakery instead of a school fundraiser. but other that i love these cookies!
