Salvatori's West

I attended a rehearsal dinner here for a wedding. The service was excellent. Very nice decor, and the food was excellent as well. The only one who was able to clean their plate was my 14 year old son, and even he was stuffed! Would definitely recommend.

Took my girlfriend here a while back, food was amazing, the atmosphere entertaining, and the service good. Looking forward to going back.

My fiancee and I have been coming into Salvatori's every few weeks and she absolutely loves it. Last time we had the Alfredo Especial and I the Cannelloni, both of which we're superb. The side salads were good, above average even, but not perfect. I generally prefer a little more crunch to my croutons and a sharper taste to the Caesar dressing.

The only thing you have to watch for is the wait times - if you come in during the busy dinner hours expect to wait a generally reasonable amount of time.

Incredible service and food. This place is one of the best run restaurants we’ve ever seen. Prices are great. Pastas are outstanding. It doesn’t get much better than this.

I discovered this place by accident a couple years ago while looking for somewhere else. Have been back several times. The food is fabulous. I am a picky eater, so when they told me to go ahead and sub out any listed ingredient for another in their entrees, I was ecstatic. Bring on the mushrooms, get rid of the onions and bell peppers.
The service is just as good as the food. Polite, but never hovering. A management person always comes out somewhere near the end of the meal asking about my experience. Seems truly interested.
I got a lunch special for the first time today. $7.99. Came with focaccia and a side salad or Italian wedding soup. It was a full bowl of soup, not one of the little cups. And chock full of tiny meatballs, pasta and veggies. The lasagna was a huge portion of deliciousness. Got enough for tomorrow's lunch in leftovers.

my favorite Italian restaurant in Fort Wayne. consistently great from apps to dessert. We eat here at least 4 times a year. I don’t think there is a bad item on the menu! However just a heads up that there is not pizza but there are plenty of other options for everyone. The bar is also great and the wine is always a great pour! Great food at a very good price. Food is always served quickly and very hot. Dessert menu is extensive and the hot cinnamon roll is to die for. Sal at Salvatori always works hard to serve a good meal at a decent price. His staff is always right on, food is good, and his cinnamon roll is enough for two!
