(October 12, 2019, 10:18 pm)The staff is super kind and I love that part about this location, but the service isn't that good, this morning (Oct. 12, 2019) I went to get a Pink Drink and it took them at least 15 minutes to get it done. Staff had to ask me what my order was again because they forgot to do it and we were waiting. The drink was good. 2 weekends ago, I went to this location and I ordered one Grande Pink Drink and a Grande Vanila Bean Frap, it took them 30 minutes to get that to me. Then I was hungry so I ordered 2 Chocolate Cake Pops (kinda expensive) and a Venti water which is free. I got the cake pops fast and I was very much happy, but my water? Another 20 minute wait for a water. After I got my drinks and food and left. I tasted the Vanila Bean Frap and it tasted like a water with Vanila flavoring. It was okay, but definitely not getting a Frap from that location again. Overall, it's okay if you really want Starbucks and don't have a complicated order.
