Every time go there with my husband ...either I or my Husband Always Run into Co-workers or Long lost childhood friend or meet a new person,Make a New friend. What a Great place 2 advance or remines of new &old. Such a wonderful place ???? 2be an adult!!!!!

Food was OK. Fries were a cold though. The real issue I had was with the rush to order food. I had a lunch meeting there and the waitress kept coming back every two minutes to ask us for our order. By the fourth time I was like "OK, we'll order, geez." I understand you want to service as many customers as you can, but the place was not packed and there was no one waiting to be seated, so what's the hurry? Outside of that, it has a nice atmosphere and plenty of different seating options.

I have heard really great things about Rack & Helen's, but just recently visited for the first time. I was not blown away. The food did not live up to the hype. It was mediocre. Both the food and drinks were overpriced in my opinion. The staff was friendly, but one looked disheveled and another was either new or ignorant. She brought the food to our table and said "I don't know what any of this is called, but here's your food." My salad didn't come out until after my entree and only after asking a staff member about it. I think maybe my expectations were too high because of all the great things I'd heard or maybe I ordered the wrong thing. I won't go out of my way to go back.

Outstanding service on St. Patrick's Day; Taylor was exceptional. We had party of five, and our food was great! Shift Manager Jared even came over and welcomed us, and came back to deliver our two orders of hot "cheese-stuffed
mushrooms". Love this place!

This is a neighborhood place with a lot of regulars who visit and enjoy the atmosphere. They have a lot of beer on tap and in bottles - they make a decent martini. There are some standouts on their menu - the Whiner Grinder is a really good sandwich and a lot of their Mexican choices are good. It isn't primarily a destination for a great meal, the service is really slow, and the food overall is good but not memorable. Definitely go here to throw darts or sing karaoke and enjoy the hometown atmosphere and watch some sports while munching nachos.
