Great food and great prices. I got a Double Bacon Cheeseburger, fries, and salad for $8.55! The patties had to have been nearly 8 ounces each. It also had 4 full strips of bacon, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. One BIG burger! The salad was cold and crisp with the right amount of onions mixed in and a quarter of a tomato. All that food at such a small price. No wonder they are always busy.
UPDATE: We have visited Joanna's multiple times since this first review five months ago. Have brought a lot of family members with us, as well. We love this place!

I've ordered here everyday that I work for months. Their usually slammed with customers, and still always manage to get food out on time. A big amount of food for such a great price! If you don't eat here, you're missing out!!

It was a very busy time 11:30 am to try and test the service and food here. We did get seated in less than 10 minutes.
Pancakes just feels apart on the plate, fell into pieces once cut into, not really cooked thoroughly on the inside. More like pan crumbles. The fatty part of the bacon was translucent and stringy, meat was greasy and flimsy. Eggs were tasteless even with the added cheese. My burger was dry and broken into several pieces on a slightly toasted bun, and served with the wrong condiments on the side.
The wait staff were very quick to check if we needed anything, and did a good job of always checking that out drinks were full. But didn't seem too concerned that we were leaving over half or meals to be thrown into the trash, asking if we needed our check. I'll try again sometime soon to edit this review if needed. It was okay good with good service.
