Panera Bread

We stood at the counter for an exceptionally long time before someone even acknowledged us. It didn't really seem like any of the employees wanted to be there. They forgot part of our order and seemed almost skeptical when we asked about it, as if we were trying to rip them off or something. The food was really good, though.

Mixed results. Food is good but over the years you seem to be getting less food and paying higher prices. Why did they get rid of the Black bean soup? Why do you get smaller portions at the drive thru? When I get home and open the bag, I am like " what the $@÷%"?

I had a unique experience with this Panera. I was passing through on my way back home to Tennessee and left my keys at the table. The manager went above and beyond to get me my keys back. He ended up mailing them to my house so I didn't have to go back to Indiana to get them. I am so thankful so his hard work for me.

This location is amazing!!!!! The staff is always friendly and very pleasant. The service is great and in a timely manner. I enjoy coming to this location even though there are several others I pass on a regular basis. Keep up the great work!!!!
