I have visited this location multiple times and have typically enjoyed it. This visit was different. Wait staff lacked energy and appeared as though they didn't want to be there. The soda machine wasn't operational so the kids were relegated to milk, water or lemonade. I ordered a Sun King Ale and they were out of that, too. The food was to the normal standard, but the crispy cheese on the burger is now a little bigger than the patty. When it first came out it stuck out about 2 inches all the way around the bun, which made it nice for snacking on. Hopefully, they get these things figured out and get back on point.
I gave a 4 star because I feel there is always room for improvement somewhere.
This was my first time visiting Baggers Dave's. I loved the whole experience. I felt very welcome to be there. Our Waiter and Waitress was fun, informative, patient and loved my service dog. They didn't make me feel uncomfortable about having a service dog. I apologise I can't remember his name but I think it was Cody. I will definitely a return customer.
Great place to grab a bite with friends or coworkers. When they have their $4 flight special, that is pretty awesome.
We enjoyed their cauliflower, mac n cheese, and the burger bowl was good - I would definitely ask that they put it on more lettuce though.
We won't be going back for awhile but we will go back. The service was awful the last time we were there. We got seated right away but sat for over 20 minutes without service or even a greeting. We asked other servers for help but they were clearly busy. We finally got the hostess who graciously got the kids drinks and went to find the server. The food wasn't anything to brag about this time. We have had better from there in the past. My husband wanted to go for his Birthday but honestly it was a bust. To top it off...the train was broken so it wasn't joining in on the hustle and bustle. Not a big deal but the kids have enjoyed watching it during previous visits. We will go back but it will be a long while. You try it for yourself and I will hope that you get good service and food. I know they have it in them to deliver both. Good luck.
My friend convinced us to come here for a double date and it was fantastic! The food is beyond amazing. The burgers taste fresh and not frozen. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu items. The lay out is open and inviting. The love the whimsical touch of the electric toy train going around the restaurant. I will be looking forward to going here again.
