Pizza King

Best pizza parlor!! I used to go to state and wells until i found out there was one closer. To my surprise the pizza was just as good if not better. My toppings were all the way to the edge unlike state and wells and the crust was much crispier. I will definitely be returning to this location. It’s much smaller and has a more intimate atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and accommodating

Busy little place on north Maplecrest. I've eaten at Pizza King for most of my life, their 1/2 sausage/1/2 pepperoine was as good as any.

First time at this location tonight. Wouldn’t pay 25 bucks for it again though. Garlic cheese bread is Texas toast I could easily make at home, and the pizza was pretty flavorless, even though there were lots of toppings. Actually the biggest flavor I got in the pizza was flour, couldn’t taste much else. It’s not bad, it’s just unremarkable, and overpriced. Way better local pizza places in town for sure. Again, not bad, just no reason for me to come back.

Well I wasn't gonna post until I gave them a second chance to get the 5 star's I wanted to give being a 30 year Pizza King fan. But I called & spoke with Jason the manager & attempted to enlighten him in detail on error's made. He wasn't much interested other then giving me 20% off my next pizza...
I ordered a 16" Pepperoni Feast add mushrooms.
Biggest problem was pizza wasn't cut just scored. Attempting to pull apart didn't work too well.
Secondly the topping's weren't distributed. Being cubed pepperoni & a feast you'd expect many pieces on every piece. Specially when ya spend $30.
You can see on the left side there wasn't even cheese coverage just sauce.
Since the owner responded to other review. Which I would dispute with Google & have removed. Maybe he'll be able to aid. As I hope this 1 thrives not just Another Ft Wayne spot that comes then goes as so many have here.

Well it took 6 pizza's before I got 1 correct! But THANKFULLY Seems they finally got it!! My last 2 were correctly made & actually cut & not just scored where your left to tear apart a $30 pie.
