Had a great experience. Updated machines that let you pay by time is a great convenience factor and the food was great as well. Overall good experience.

Being able to pay for time rather than tokens is an amazing idea. You spend less and play more. It was clean and my son had a blast. As most kids of the 90s not having the mechanical band anymore is very sad!

My Grandsons 3rd birthday, he'd never been there so it was great. He was really excited and enjoyed himself. His siblings enjoyed helping him with the games!

Good experience over all! Not like it was when I was a kid, but it's still a good time for our kiddos! Decent food, clean establishment, salad bar was fresh, it was very clean, and all the food I tried on the bar was delicious. The pizza was served hot and cheesy within 10 minutes of placing the order. I absolutely love the way they do the game cards now! It's so worth the 20 bucks and letting the kids play 60 to 90 minutes of games! The only reason they did not receive five stars from this visit is because the restrooms needed attention. They were a little messy and dirty but not to the point where they were unusable. (One stall had toilet paper (unused) all over the floor, dirty meaning some toilets needed to be cleaned, but it wasn't NASTY by any means. Just needed to be cleaned up!)

Back at the Big Rat House! ???????????? I must say ... we normally come here twice a year or so (less if i can bribe someone else to take my kids ????). This new remodel is the best so far! Giving the option to purchase a specific increment of points (coins) or time to play. Similar to pay to play per min 15/30/45/60. We chose play time of 60 minutes.... instead of 60 "coins". The hour was much better for our kids!! Not to forget the option they give for you to "pause" your time. It was nice to know the kids could pause to eat (mere minutes!!) and then resume playing the games. Much cleaner, less chaotic. We ordered pizza and drinks and salad bar for myself. Pizza was hot! Salad bar looked and tasted fresh! No complaints!! Staff good, service time much better than previous years. Good job whoever made these changes happen!
