BoPho To-Go

1000/10 the nicest people work at this restaurant I’ve had pho from almost every place in Fort Wayne and this one if definitely at the top if not number 1 I highly recommend

Discovered this place tonight and I'm happy I did. The owners are very friendly and helpful; personable and easy to talk to. I had the special beef pho bowl and the recommended passion fruit drink with lychee jelly. The broth was so tasty that I nearly finished the entire bowl of it, which I never do. And the drink was refreshing. I was sad I ran out. Guess I'll have to return. All that is needed is more dine in people to create that busy atmosphere in used to. I chose dine in even though they emphasize take out because other take out places I've been to had cheap Styrofoam bowls they provided, which are decent in a pinch, but here they use bigger plastic looking containers. The place is worth checking out whether you're a pho veteran or new to it all.

I was on my lunch break and saw this restaurant and thought to myself I should go. Once I got in there, I didn't even know how I wanted my Pho. The gentleman behind the counter suggested I get cabbage and bean sprouts instead of the noodles (I don't like Pho noodles) and IT WAS DELICIOUS. There was so much of it, I had to put it away for another lunch. This place is surely amazing. You have to try this restaurant.

BoPho will always be my go to!!! The broth is some of the best pho broth i’ve ever tried, and the meat is always so tender. The owners are incredibly nice, and the place is very clean. After I ate my pho, i asked for more noodles and they were happy to help! They even reheated the broth when they added the noodles. The lychee tea is soooo good as well!

We ordered the Pho with meatballs and steak and the Pho special which included brisket on top of the steak and meatball. The broth was excellent! Silky texture, not greasy or salty, and the seasoning was perfect.
Their Vietnamese iced coffee with boba, strawberry lemonade, and the jelly desserts were a great finish to an awesome meal. Can't wait to visit here again!
