(July 13, 2022, 12:25 am)My kids and I love 5 Lakes over any other coffee place around! We frequent the Ft.Wayne location. Today we went through the drive thru and ordered almost $20 worth of drinks and then the internet went down so she wasn't able to accept my debit card, and of course I didn't have enough cash! I offered to come back after grocery shopping to pay but the sweet girl working said it was on her! They have the best customer service around, EVERY VISIT!

(June 20, 2022, 2:05 pm)Fantastic coffee and overall great experience! The staff was very pleasant and helpful and did a great job of making us feel at home even being 2000 miles in to our road trip! The blondie bar warmed up was amazing! Keep up the great work!
