Dash-In

The food at Dash-in is literally a comfort food. The tomato bisque is super yummy paired with a grilled cheese (which they have alot of options for).
The bartender was super nice and informative. She knew the beer selection well and was able to recommend different types to my friend and I.

Overall, a great stop for someone visiting fort wayne!

I was in town at the Grand Wayne Convention center and another local brewery recommended this place. excellent choice of craft beers plus the kettle chips are awesome. Try the Chapman.

The grilled cheese was amazing. I got the apple bacon one and it was unreal. The shredded beef chili was the perfect accompaniment.

I went here yesterday for lunch with a couple of coworkers, great food, excellent service. I particularly like their smoked salmon sandwich and New York style cheesecake.

*Updated April 2019*. I still love coming in here for lunch! Today I had their Euro grilled cheese and a tomato bisque. The bisque was creamy, dreamy, and excellent to deep the grilled cheese into. The grilled cheese was mildly complex with havarti, Gouda, and muenster cheeses with an excellently crisped sourdough bread.

Used to live in the area and we always loved coming here! They always had unique specials and lots of regional craft beer options. They also have some good coffee if you'd prefer that. The atmosphere is great. Definitely suggest trying this out if you're in the area.
