Subway

Great service and kind employees.

On my drive home I just cant get the Italian Sub out of my head. With that the taste buds start teasing me and the next thing you know Im packing a 12 inch sub with me . With that goes the thought of no dishes tonight. Who wants to do dishes after working 12 hours a day. Not to mention $5.34 does not break the bank , just a $20.

Great sandwhich, they were on top of our order and had it done quickly.

While the Subway is indeed located in an older shopping center that looks rundown— The customer service could not have been any better if they tried. As I pulled up into the drive through with a work associate, a younger female greeted us by asking if we could give her a moment so that she could first wash her hands. At 40 years old, it has probably been at least 10-15 years (if not longer) since I have heard anyone at a fast food restaurant greet me in that type of manner...It especially made an impression though because I was unable to see her or even inside of the restaurant due to the brick wall that was separating us. I would have never known otherwise how clean or dirty her hands were, or even if she was wearing any gloves, had she not have said anything period. That shows a great deal of integrity on her behalf.

Then, the gentleman who handed us our food (His name was Jacob), looked us in the eye, genuinely smiled as he collected payment, made sure that we were completely satisfied, before we pulled out.

Our total for both myself and my work associate came to about $10.00. Seriously?!? I have been to numerous restaurants and paid way more than I did today, and most times have very less than par customer service.... And at those places gratuity is expected. If I had of had cash on me today and was not in a hurry, I would have definitely tipped just as much as I paid for the meal with my credit card. Unfortunately I did not, but I will always go back, and I will take care of their associates in the future!!

~Way to go Subway on Goshen Rd for some of the best Customer Service that I have received lately!!!!!!!
