Logan's Roadhouse

Waited for a half hour to be seated watched about 10 groups go before us we were not seated 4 different waitress said the would not take our table because of having kids sad part is we have been there over 50 times never had an issue seems like some of your staff would rather watch another customer walk out then serve them management needs to know employees think customers can't hear them talking about us but obviously some one shouldn't be serving if you won't take family's with kids!

Checking in to get a table for the bar. Most of the tables & booths were vacant & we were told that there was a wait time of 40 minutes. We asked to sit @ the bar until a table was available. 15 minutes later, we were called for a table in the bar and there were still several empty tables. One of our party's steak was cold in the middle & not cooked as ordered. We sent it back and it still wasn't right. The bright side of our visit was the bartender/server, Luke. Luke was very knowledgeable & pleasant.

I decided to try Logans after a bad experience forever ago because we had a gift card. We had an awesome waiter and service, but my steak wasn't cooked properly. I ordered medium rare and the steak was completely brown and very dry. On the other hand, my husband ordered a rare and it looked great. Everything tasted good, except the temperature of the steak. This is why we stopped going before, because they weren't ever consistent

Logan's is pretty much the same as all of the other chain steak houses. Same menu, same price range. Steaks and ribs are very good. If you're looking for a steak house I would recommend the one closest to you or check for specials. They all offer a 6 ounce sirloin for around $12. Very tender steak with a couple of sides.
