The Oyster Bar

Went on two dollar Tuesday for burgers, and it was really good! The plain Burger was 2, then you pay for fries or the menu items comes with. The menu said 4.25 for a burger with extra on it, I didn't realize that meant 2 plus the 4.25. it was still a great Burger for 7 bucks. The parking was nice to have since some downtown places don't have actual spots. Would go again for sure!

I always have a great experience at The Oyster Bar, with food and service. The back dining area is my favorite place to be seated, as it feels super cozy and romantic. The seafood always tastes fresh and is expertly cooked. The New England clam chowder is a must-try menu item. It's seriously one of the best chowders I've ever had. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit for a special occasion, or just to treat yourself.

I so wanted to love this Fort Wayne institution but I just didn't. The food was just okay and for the money that you spend, there are better options. That being said, if you are looking for a throwback experience delivered by an excellent wait staff you should give it a try.

First time there, what a unique dining experience it was. I felt a pleasant sense of warmth around me, which 132 years of people gathering for food, drink, and fellowship has imbued upon that tiny establishment.
The relaxed pace of the course presentation, exquisite dishes, and impeccable guest service make The Oyster Bar a place you will regret not having gone to sooner. I do
