“I've not had Wendy's for several years. Saw commercial about the biggie bag and it looked good. So i got one ! The 2 pattie burger with cheese,pickles and bacon was very good , chicken nuggets were crispy and good,fries excellent and sprite. All for $5 ! I had gotten out of habit of going but i am starting back up. Place was clean and people at counter were courteous.”

“My experience was with having a pizza delivered to my home. I didn't hear them knock for quite a while. The delivery guy did not leave though. He stayed an called repeatedly till I came to the door. “One of our kids has several food allergies which we mentioned to our server in hopes he might be able to eat bacon. The Chef came out to our table to speak with us to gain a full understanding of the allergies. He made us feel very comfortable ordering the hashbrown casserole which was also very good! “I'm only giving three stars because the place is clean, and because the cashier started a new pot of coffee when I ordered two coffees. When we went to get our coffees, the cashier noticed we had travel mugs. He said he was going to charge us more if we refilled the mugs. I told him we were using the small cups he provided us to measure the coffees we were getting and pouring them into our mugs! He then told us there are NO FREE REFILLS on coffee! We won't be stopping here again!”

“The self serve kiosk is easy to use. It's too bad the employees can't seem to do their part. The screen tells you to take a number then someone starts yelling out ticket numbers instead of looking for the number on your table. On top of that, the screen asks you what drinks you want, then we get our order and it has no cups at all, not even empty ones. Then we decided to have ice cream cones, so I ordered them at the kiosk and the order got lost. I finally went up and asked for them and the girl at the counter made them, but apparently hadn't done it before because they were lite on ice cream and crooked and sad looking.”

“This was so close to a 5 star. The only problem was that the kitchen messed up on an order and one of our sauces were bad. OUR WAITRESS WAS FABULOUS!!! She did a great job and helped us fix those issues. One of the best waitresses I've ever had. My food was absolutely fabulous.
