This was our first time eating at City Barbecue. My son and I ordered the chicken. I got the breast and wing along with a side salad and mac & cheese. The chicken was moist and flavorful. The salad was spring mix with grape tomatoes, cucumbers and red onion. It was refreshing. The mac & cheese was good but nothing special. My son ordered the half chicken with baked beans. Again, the chicken was moist and flavorful. Seriously, y'all, the chicken is a must! He enjoyed the beans as well. They have brisket in them. My husband apparently thought he had grown a second stomach and thus ordered one of the large meat platters. It can with sausage, brisket and turkey. The sausage was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The turkey was deliciously moist and flavorful. Neither of us preferred the brisket. It was okay but nowhere near the level of the sausage or the turkey. He also ordered the collard greens and the mac & cheese. Again,the mac & cheese was okay but not great. But he wouldn't shut.up about how good the greens were. Although, he did say that they were a bit salty. All of our food came with garlic Texas toast which we all enjoyed. We also had fun trying all of the available sauces. My favorite was the mustard sauce. My husband and son preferred the original. I do recommend this restaurant but know that you order everything separately.

Delicious! We had pulled pork and brisket sandwiches. Meat was melt in your mouth tender. Sides were good as well. Slaw was crisp and refreshing with a vinegar base. Corn bread is a must.

We stopped on our way home from INDY and the food was amazing. The cashier wasn't to helpful for this being our first time in the restaurant. I order chicken breast with wing and it was terrific. We definitely will Go again

This new place in Whitestown is fantastic. Great service, and even better food. The Beef Biscuit melts in your mouth, and I love the Vinegar Coleslaw.
Not to mention the Banana Pudding. Worth every penny spent on a delicious meal. Highly Recommended
