Hobnob Corner Restaurant

We had breakfast. Pancakes were huge. Bacon was the perfect crispness. And the "hash" was super yummy. It was nice to have smoked sausage for a change. Service was great, too!

I am visiting from Waco, Texas and enjoyed the DELICIOUS Breaded Tenderloin sandwich with steak fries. We topped it off with your yummy bread pudding. I loved your adorable resturaunt and enjoyed every single bite of food♡

Some friends having been raving about this place, so tonight we met them here for dinner. First, the food was fantastic! They offered 6 or 7 specials, of which I had the Low Country shrimp and grits. The flavors were phenomenal. The dessert special was a maple sugar cream pie (it's maple syrup season in this neck of the woods) and the maple flavor was superb. As a beer drinker, I was disappointed that the only alcohol offered was wine. The place is quite rustic, but the food is refined and complex and beautifully cooked. The specials were all under $20 and well worth it.

Very quaint restaurant with an "Old West" feel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Their portions are quite large. We had the salmon & pot roast, both of which were excellent.
If going to Brown County &/or looking for a nice, yet casual place to eat I highly recommend Hobnob.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. We ate there breakfast and at 9 am the place was packed so that tells ya that they are good. Took a little while to receive our food but we didn't mind. My only complaint would be the portion size of our food was small. I do not want to spend good money and get something average in size. Service was great, coffee was great, food was great just not big enough . Other then that I'd go back and eat here again.
