    I've heard about this place from family. Finally checked it out for myself. I read that it has new owners but has mostly remained unchanged because it's loved by the community. I ordered catfish filets w/ fries and applesauce. (entrees come with 2 sides). It was kindly served and tasted great. A layed -back, warm environment with lots of fishing/lake decor. Nav will get you there and there are signs posted. Check out the website for hours and menu. Very casual dining.

    Slow service
    Had to ask for salad after 45 min.s
    Never received extra butter that I asked for.
    Baked potato was Luke warm.
    Glad to see now serving Coke Products

    Always been a not so hidden gem to grab a great dinner & drink at. Steve is will be missed behind the bar! but Great combo of new owners in 2019 are bringing more excitement & plans to breathe new life into the same great Oakdale! Cheers to the next chapter
