The food was wonderful but the family making it was even more magical. They were warm and welcoming and each came out to check on us while we were eating as well as when we went in to thank them again. The person taking our order was great at suggesting things we hadn't tried before. Definitely a must visit place if you like Indian food.
If you are in Charlestown, IN or going through Charlestown and you are in the mood for authentic Indian cuisine, you MUST stop here.
You get a great deal of good food for a fair price.
Lebrang is located within a Sunoco gas station. Not a lot of table space. A place for 4 to dine in and 4 to dine outside.
While having our delicious food, several patrons were ordering takeout. So it seems their takeout is what they do mostly because of space.
The owner was also our server bringing all of our food out. He threw in a couple of different foods (breads) for us to try as well.
Try the combo Chicken fried rice, chicken 65 and Nimki. Very slight heat from a spice standpoint. Good value too!!
My good friends had Chicken Tikki Masala with white rice. I got to sample a little bit and I attest that it is very tasty.
One of those friends ordered very tasty samosas.
Such a nice family friendly Indian kitchen and gas station! The Indian rice / chicken bowl comes with the yummy made fresh sauces. Big bowl for 6.00 bucks! Best lunch option for quality authentic food.
This place is delicious! I have had Indian food previously but from a buffet so I had no idea what to order, however the guy that took our order was so helpful with the entire menu! We had the Chiken/ Lamb Tikki Massala, the yogurt sauce, bread and the mango tea. Everything was so delicious and fresh!
Family owned and operated business featuring freshly made Indian Cuisine in Southern Indiana! It was such a treat because we normally have to go to all the way to Louisville for Indian food. The portions were GIANT! The food is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the building was clean. If you’re new to Indian food, I’d suggest any Chicken dish.
