The overall experience was good. I waited for a few weeks for them to get settled before I came in with my boys.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very clean and with comfortable booths.
The Italian Beef was great. It was big, juicy, messy and the hot peppers put it over the top for me. We got a side order of Garlic Fries just to try them and we all wished we had upgraded all of our fries to Garlic fries. The sauce is really good.
My boys got the Gryo and Reuben sandwiches. They wished they had gotten then Italian Beef. Both sandwiches had very little meat in comparison to the Italian Beef. The Reuben was thinner than most plain grill cheese sandwiches and the Gyro was pretty dry. So we were pretty disappointed with their meals.
Overall it was quick and friendly service. The Italian Beef and Garlic Fries are their star items in my opinion and they could put some more work into the other items. Perhaps I just caught them on a bad day with the other items.

I thought the food was great, it is reasonably priced. The customer service was really good also. A couple knocks, no tea, I have lapband which means non carbonated beverages. They do have bottle water. Also this is a knock that I hit a lot of places for. They do not have a changing table in either bathroom. My son actually needed a diaper change while I was there and ended having to change his diaper in my car while it was raining. So that's why the four stars. But other wise great food and service.

I have been to Parnelli's a couple of times since they opened their doors. The quality of food and the level of service has been consistent each time I visited.

The Italian Beef, garlic fries, and baklava stand out as items I would recommend. The tastes are fantastic and the prices are reasonable for a quick bite on the run. I would suggest asking that the fries be a little crispier though.

The absence of a soda fountain was a surprise, but one that I understand. Fountains are a hassle to keep clean and maintain. Given their staffing shortages, it is best to avoid adding this task for the time being.

Speaking of staffing, right now (02/2020) the location is closed on Sundays due to being short-staffed. It is a better option than over-stretching the staff, but it does limit the ability to reach the entire weekend crowd.

Overall I I recommend a visit for a quick and casual bite. The people are friendly and the food is delicious. Jeffersonville needs more places to eat that are not chain restaurants and hopefully, this one will stick around.

First time to this new place. Great tasting food! Fries are the best. Chicago dog good but needs a bigger Vienna Hot dog to really be authentic. Wife had beef I tasted and it was good. Chilli good even though I prefer with spaghetti. Lack of seating was the only stress. Will be back!

This is a different style Chicago dog than I grew up with. I'm the poppy seed dog bun lover with plenty of relish and celery salt. Different parts of the city made them differently. I will still be traveling to Louisville for my favorite.
Clean friendly atmosphere, good snap to the dog. Great fries and Gyro.
