Rubbin' Butts BBQ

This is a great place to eat. The food is very tasty, the atmosphere is great, and all the employees are friendly. I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

This is a two part restaurant. Rubbing butts on one side a rubbing tails on the other. The fish is quite good it's that thick, flaky, juicy fish like you used to get everywhere. The batter is nice and crispy. I really wish they had onion rings but I will go back again.

Update: So I went back got the same great fish sandwich now with onion rings! This is my new fish place.

Traveling from Nashville to Indy and made a stop here. So worth it! Combinations I'd never think of and super delicious! The cod sandwich was delicious as well as my husband's spicy brisket sandwich and my meatloaf and mac and cheese wrap. I definitely recommend ordering a few things you'd normally never try and doing a table share . (65N exit 9)

Really nice servers, quick service. We came on a Monday night, got seated and served right away, no wait. We got the three sliders sampler, loved the sauces and meat was well cooked but chicken a bit dry. Didn't care for the oniony baked beans but our server recommended substituting Mac and cheese and chicken in the hog a changa instead of the pork and beans it comes with and it was very good. Not amazing but definitely good.
