Gasthof Amish Village

Their land is so surreal. My family and I broke bread at their restaurant. Omg!!!! the food was amazing. Even though I did not finish my oh so yummy chocolate mousse pie with little chocolate pieces on it but let me tell you it was the best!! I'm truly blessed to be able to have this experience.

Love this beautiful area. The restaurant always has delicious homemade food, served buffet style. Freshly baked bread, desserts, fried chicken is the best and a variety of meats, veggies, and a salad bar. There is also a bakery here with fresh breads, pies, jams, candy to purchase. Gift shops, antique shop, flea market. Helpful staff everywhere you go!

Always a wonderful experience! Great food, eclectic shopping, and welcoming atmosphere. It's like being with extended family you actually like!

This place is a little off the beaten path but well worth the hunt. Homemade food and plenty of it. Amish style buffet with everything you could imagine. Chicken was really good and desserts were really good also. Waitress was super friendly. We had an awesome time here for lunch. Wondered around the gift shop for nearly a gal hot after lunch and found lots of unusual things. Staff there were super friendly as well. Well worth the drive.

We drive 2 hours at least once a month to enjoy Gasthof. The food is always fresh and delicious. If you cannot find something you like here, then you are just too picky! I love the fried sweet potatoes so try to go on a Tuesday. You can always check out the menu and prices on their website before going.

The service is exceptional. All the staff are so friendly and pleasant. The bakery is an extra added treat to buy some homemade bread to take with you. Or cookies. Or a cake or a pie!

Nice gift shops and an antique store. Also flea market several days from spring to fall.
