Kaffee Haus Bakery & Restaurant

Stopped in to pick up fresh bread. A few tables of locals enjoying breakfast. The food looked as good as the restaurant smelled. If you like homemade bread they have white and wheat. They have amazing looking cinnamon rolls!

I had the western omelet and it was Yummy, my husband got the biscuit and sausage gravy, he didn't like at all, he said the biscuit was frozen not homemade, the gravy was made from packaged gravy, not homemade and with real big chunks of sausage, he won't order again, but will be back. He loved their fried chicken he had our first time there.

I travel all over the country looking for little mom and pop shops. This is a gem of a coffee shop tucked off the main road in Odon Indiana. Great coffee I highly recommend. Try the cinnamon rolls they were great

We were there around 2:30pm. Our food was hot and seemed fresh. Every thing tasted good. Our waitress seemed inexperienced as we had to get her attention several times for refills though only a handful of patrons were in the restaurant. The menu seemed small and inaccurate. Menu prices were lower in some cases the the 'Specials' listed on the board. We also saw people getting food items not listed on the menu, which seemed odd. **No handicap friendly bathroom facilities.** Over all though, we enjoyed our meal. We will try it again.

This place has home cooked goodness, from comforting main dishes and sides to fresh baked breads and pies. I had the BBQ pork, green beans, and slaw for $5.75, was a fantastic deal!
