Vitor's Bistro & Sushi Bar

We visited Vitor's for the very 1st time tonight. The food and service was excellent! We will definitely return in the near future!

We go to Sushi night often. We love it. Very quiet and friendly atmosphere.
Great burgers too! Our favorite dessert is the French Toast! Actually, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

What a great place to come to. The service was great. (Family owned) The sushi was to die for. The flavor combos in these sushi rolls are amazing. I highly recommend eating here.

Came up today 1-24-19 for a date night and had a wonderful night! Met another great couple as well at the Chef's Table. We had a delicious 5 course meal in generous portions. We left stuffed. Food was unmatchable. Located near the heart of Bright, IN as a diamond in the rough. This is exactly what the area needed for a 4 star treatment. Please visit them and try the chef's table!

Wonderful, unassuming spot in Bright. Have had two completely different items and both were equally amazing. The first visit I had the specialty roll of the day - seared beef Korean roll. The roll was expertly prepared and all ingredients perfectly complemented one another. This sushi was on par, if not better, than that I have had in Tokyo. The second visit was the Butch Burger. The meat was wonderfully seasoned and cooked to perfection, and the peppers were as good as the meat itself. I can't wait to go again and continue to explore this diverse, exquisite menu.
