I went in for lunch late Saturday afternoon and got a steak burrito and a tamale. I didn't realize how large those burritos are. It was definitely worth $9. It was STUFFED with meat and had melted Mozzarella cheese inside it. Came with rice. They don't put sauce on it, they give it to you on the side I believe the lady said. The tamale was also good sized (got the pork one; they also have chicken). They have MANY kinds of meats to choose from. Place was clean and the lady running the counter was very nice. Wait was only a few minutes. Coworker I was with got the torta - it was served on what appeared to be on a French bread bun, and was quite large and it was also stuffed with meat and vegetables. It had sliced avacado on it also. I'll be going back for another burrito.

We ordered for pick up for a staff meeting for 10 people. They had everything all ready to go at the time we asked for and it was delicious! Can't wait to try more from their menu and all the varieties of meats they have!

They just opened, so they are experiencing a few of the normal hiccups of a launch like having their credit card machine down. There's a convenient ATM in the adjacent gas station though.

Chips and salsa were okay. The chips are more pre made style but were crisp and fresh and warm. The salsa was a little bland for my liking but was obviously fresh made.

The tacos, the main reason I was there, were excellent. I tried carnitas, chorizo, and al pastor. They were loaded! The meat was fresh and tender and not over cooked. Fresh cilantro and white onions on top. 3 tacos was more than enough.

They also brought out green and red sauce for the tacos which were both tasty. The red sauce had a nice smokey flavor. Neither was very spicy.

I will definitely be back to track their progress. I'll be bringing my family as well. They are also big fans of street tacos.
